G-Land also known as Pantai Plengkung (Plengkung Beach) is located at Alas Purwo National Park, Blambangan, Banyuwangi, East Java. It is surrounded by virgin tropical land forest. The word of “G” in “G-Land” derives from Grajagan, the name of the bay and also because its shape looks like G.
The long lines are unmistakably perfect and is regarded as the world's best left-hander ever. It has extreme waves of 3 - 5 meters in high. World class surfing tournament had been held at this place. Hence, the top 44 surfers in the world surfing there, which was never imagined by anyone. It is a place where you can find the best surf break in the world.
You may have the choice of 7 varied breaks in G-Land and only 3 (Kongs, Moneytrees, & Speedies) become an extremely favorable sections for surfer who are looking for a superb and challenging waves of a life-time.

G-Land is fairly challenging for travelling surfers and surf hungry adventures from all over the world. The best time to surf is May – October. During these months the swell is generally constant and flat spells are rare. And, be careful where you swim - rocks are just offshore, barely below the surface. Of course, this is what makes it ideal for surfing! But if you're bodysurfing, take note - you could get hurt. However it is not recommended for novices. G-Land is for experienced surfers.

How to get there:
1. Overland: Banyuwangi - Kalipahit (59 km) by bus, Kalipahit - Pasaranyar (3 km) rent a car or motorcycle, Pasaranyar - Trianggulasi (12 km) by car, Trianggulasi – Pancur – Plengkung (7 km).
2. Overland-Sea: Banyuwangi – Benculuk (35 km) by bus, Benculuk – Grajagan (18 km) by bus or public transportation, Grajakan – Plengkung by speed boat.
Both ways toPlengkung are OK, if the visitors choose the second way, they can spend the night at Grajagan and enjoy the view before continue the journey to Plengkung.
